分(fen)時(shi)分(fen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)是(shi)指(zhi)按照(zhao)不(bu)同(tong)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)回路,在不(bu)同(tong)時(shi)段(duan)可實現公共建筑(zhu)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)有效(xiao)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)調節(jie)。分(fen)時(shi)分(fen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)能(neng)使供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)按照(zhao)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)區(qu)(qu)域、供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)、供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)時(shi)間(jian)和供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)需(xu)求,能(neng)對供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)(tong)進行(xing)分(fen)區(qu)(qu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi);在不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)時(shi)間(jian)段(duan)內(nei),能(neng)按照(zhao)不(bu)同(tong)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)和供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)需(xu)求進行(xing)分(fen)時(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。 采用分(fen)時(shi)分(fen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)可實現對不(bu)同(tong)供(gong)(gong)暖(nuan)需(xu)求的(de)(de)場(chang)所,如:辦公樓、學校、大禮堂、體育場(chang)、工廠、商場(chang)等的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量有效(xiao)管(guan)理,采用供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)、防凍、保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)實現按需(xu)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)。 主要控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)核心是(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)進入(ru)建筑(zhu)物熱(re)(re)(re)量的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng),實時(shi)采集回水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)和室內(nei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du),并根(gen)據控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器的(de)(de)計算結果,發出調節(jie)指(zhi)令,保證(zheng)室內(nei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)、回水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)穩定(ding)在該時(shi)段(duan)所設(she)定(ding)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)范圍(wei)。
分時分溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)制器(qi)組(zu)成:PLC控(kong)制器(qi)、人機界面、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(供水、回水溫(wen)(wen)度(du)、室內溫(wen)(wen)度(du))、執(zhi)行單元(電動(dong)調(diao)節閥(fa)),也可擴(kuo)展至熱計量表、壓力變送器(qi)等。
主(zhu)要功能(neng):
1、基于ARM開發的(de)控制(zhi)器,能實現多數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集,包括供(gong)水(shui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、供(gong)回水(shui)壓力、室外溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、室內溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、熱計量表(biao)(biao)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)、公建的(de)電能表(biao)(biao)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju);
2、具有更多、可自由設定(ding)時間(jian)段(duan)、日期段(duan)的分(fen)時分(fen)溫控制功能和(he)防凍保護功能;
3、具(ju)有良好的人機界面,采用7英寸彩色觸(chu)摸屏(ping);
4、具(ju)有可擴展(zhan)的通訊、信號采集(ji)、控制(zhi)功(gong)能(neng)。
